We celebrated our 25th Anniversary in 1997 with a beautiful Concert by a former parent, Barbara Hendricks.

The late U.S. Ambassador to France, Pamela Harriman commemorated this quarter of a century with a reception in the American Embassy Residence. Ambassador Arthur K. Watson was a great supporter of the Franco-American pre-school. The school has grown from 8 students in 1972 to 120 students, our full enrollment in 2001. Over 2000 multi-national children have begun their educational development in the Bilingual Montessori School of Paris.

The principles of Dr. Maria Montessori are based on RESPECT for the child. The two to six year old children work at their own rhythm in a warm, stimulating, harmonious environment. This is a truly bilingual school.

Our goal is to help children reach their fullest potential, to love learning, respect one another, and their environment. It is these children who will lay the foundation for the future of world peace.
